READY-TO-WEAR JEWELRY Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, in their original condition, and returned in original packaging.
CUSTOM, PERSONALIZED & ENGRAVED ITEMS Due to the custom nature of these pieces, all personalized, engraved, memorial, thumbprint, and custom-made jewelry sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
PERMANENT JEWELRY Permanent jewelry services are non-refundable. If your chain breaks within 30 days of your appointment due to a welding issue, we will reweld it at no charge. After 30 days, rewelding or repairs may incur a small service fee. Damage caused by excessive force, accidents, or improper care is not covered.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Include photos of the item and packaging so we can make it right.
SHIPPING COSTS Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
